This is a 20 weeks training program for running a full marathon.

 

I wrote this training program for a typical amateur runner who wants to run a full marathon under 3:30 in an effective way with very little down side risk.

 

More specifically speaking, I wrote this training program for amateur runners who work normally (30-60 hours a week, 5-6 days a week), started running after they became adults, run 4-7 times a week and ran at least 40km a week regularly in the last one year.
